I had a great time today at Cesar Chavez Middle School in Watsonville. We talked about my life journey, overcoming obstacles, my professional football career, and all the programs we offer through RSF.
Most importantly, we talked about dreams—music, sports, and whatever path they see for themselves—and how showing up, believing in yourself, and putting in the work makes those dreams possible.
The football questions were nonstop 😂 and that always lets me know the message is landing. There’s nothing better than being able to show up, pour into our youth, and remind them that their future is bigger than their circumstances.
Thank you Cesar Chavez Middle School for having me today. Moments like this are why we do the work. 💙
