The Reggie Stephens Foundation, in partnership with Scotts Valley High School Football and Cheer, brought the community together for our BBQ fundraiser, selling an incredible 500 dinners.
As part of our commitment to giving back, 58 home-cooked BBQ chicken dinners with mac and cheese, baked beans and rolls were donated to the residents and hardworking staff at Westwind.
SVHS Football and Cheer captains personally delivered the meals, spending time with residents, sharing conversations, hugs and creating meaningful connections. It was a great example of teaching our student-athletes that leadership and service extend beyond the field.
A huge thank you to Louie Walters and Scotts Valley High School, Greg Giguiere, Driscoll’s, the Moose Lodge, our student-athletes, parents, volunteers and everyone who purchased a dinner or helped make the event possible.
