At RSF, we are dedicated to supporting the growth of girls’ flag football in Santa Cruz County and the Central Coast. Through our Sunday training sessions, we provide a dedicated space for young female athletes to learn, grow, and excel in the sport of football. These sessions are about more than just playing the game—they’re about empowering these young athletes to seek new challenges, believe in their abilities, and achieve their goals on and off the field.
