Every Sunday — Boys at 8 a.m. | Girls & Women at 9 a.m.
The Reggie Stephens Foundation (RSF) Sunday Sessions are designed to build stronger athletes and even stronger leaders. Every week, youth, high school, and college student-athletes from across Santa Cruz County come together for elite-level training that focuses on speed, agility, confidence, mental wellness, and leadership development — all free to the community.
Led by former NFL player and RSF Founder Reggie Stephens, along with a team of experienced coaches and college athletes, Sunday Sessions create a space where hard work meets mentorship. Athletes learn how to push their limits, stay focused, and carry themselves with discipline both on and off the field.
The sessions emphasize mental wellness and leadership, helping young athletes build the mindset needed to overcome challenges in sports and life. RSF’s unique approach combines athletic performance with personal growth — preparing each participant not just for competition, but for life’s bigger game.
Open to youth, high school, and college student-athletes, Sunday Sessions continue to grow, welcoming players from Santa Cruz Pop Warner, local high schools, and college programs across the region.
We’re not just training athletes — we’re shaping leaders.
