Reggie Stephens, former NFL player and founder of the Reggie Stephens Foundation (RSF), serves as an Advisor for the Golden State Storm, the Bay Area’s professional women’s football team in the Women’s National Football Conference (WNFC).
In this role, Reggie provides strategic insight and community perspective to help the Storm strengthen its presence in Northern California and advance opportunities for women in football. His experience as a player, coach, and mentor allows him to bridge the gap between grassroots youth programs and the professional level of the game.
Through the RSF Sunday Sessions, Reggie leads weekly training for youth, high school, and college student-athletes focused on speed, agility, mental wellness, and leadership development. These sessions have become a key part of the foundation’s mission to elevate young athletes — including the growth of girls’ flag football across Santa Cruz County and beyond.
As an advisor for the Golden State Storm, Reggie continues his commitment to empowering female athletes through both community-based flag football development and professional representation. His work connects the local pipeline of talent from RSF’s programs to the expanding world of women’s football, ensuring that every athlete — from youth to pro — has the tools, confidence, and support to succeed.
“We’re building something bigger than a game — we’re building opportunity, confidence, and community through football.” – Reggie Stephens
