Reggie Stephens Foundation to Host 13th Annual Central Coast All-Star Basketball Game at Marina High School

The Reggie Stephens Foundation will host the 13th Annual RSF Central Coast All-Star Basketball Game at Marina High School, bringing together standout 8th grade boys, senior girls, and senior boys basketball players from Santa Cruz County and Monterey County.

This year’s event will also serve as a fundraiser for Marina High School’s athletic programs, giving the community an opportunity to support local athletics while celebrating the accomplishments of student-athletes across the Central Coast.

Founded by former New York Giants defensive back and community leader Reggie Stephens, the annual All-Star Game has become a Central Coast tradition that highlights dedication, leadership, and sportsmanship among young athletes.

The event is directed by Stan White II, who has helped organize and grow the showcase into one of the region’s premier youth basketball events.

“For 13 years, this game has been about celebrating the kids and their journey,” Stephens said. “These student-athletes have worked hard representing their schools and communities. This event gives them one more chance to compete, be recognized, and enjoy a special moment together. We’re also proud that this year’s game will help support Marina High School and its athletic programs.”

• 8th Grade Boys All-Star Game — 12:00 PM
• Senior Girls All-Star Game — 2:00 PM
• Senior Boys All-Star Game — 4:00 PM

The Reggie Stephens Foundation would also like to thank Coach July Barredo for helping make this year’s event possible through a new partnership with Marina Elite. Through his leadership and dedication to youth development, Coach Barredo and the Marina Elite program continue to create opportunities for young athletes in the region.

The RSF Empire Classic High School Girls 7v7 Tournament brings together talented high school flag football teams for a day of exciting competition, teamwork, and community. Hosted by the Lady Mayans Girls Flag Football program, the tournament will take place on March 22, 2026 at Aptos High School in Aptos, California.

This tournament celebrates the continued growth of girls flag football and provides athletes with an opportunity to compete, showcase their skills, and build connections with other teams from across the region. Throughout the day, teams will compete in fast-paced 7v7 games as they battle for the tournament championship.

The Lady Mayans program, part of the Reggie Stephens Foundation, is dedicated to creating opportunities for girls to develop confidence, leadership, and athletic excellence through sport. Events like the Empire Classic help expand access to girls flag football while bringing together families, coaches, and communities to support the next generation of female athletes.

Spectators are welcome to attend and cheer on the teams as they compete in this exciting day of high school girls flag football.
