The Reggie Stephens Foundation offers comprehensive summer training sessions for all student-athletes in Santa Cruz County. Our goal is to teach proper techniques that prevent injuries while building the confidence necessary for athletes to excel in their respective sports. What makes our program unique is the emphasis on mentorship—college athletes who have gone through our training come back to share their knowledge and experiences with younger athletes, creating a strong, supportive community.
On Sundays, we run RSF Sunday sessions, where high school athletes from all over the county come together to focus on speed, agility, and mental wellness. These weekend sessions are a free resource for athletes, providing a space for them to improve their skills while fostering collaboration across different schools and sports. We’re also committed to supporting the growth of girls’ flag football, providing specialized training to help girls succeed in the sport. As a former NFL player, it’s incredibly fulfilling to not only give back but to continue building programs that help our Santa Cruz County youth grow into leaders and successful athletes.
At the Reggie Stephens Foundation, we encourage all our athletes to ‘Seek, Believe, Achieve’ their goals—instilling the mindset that with hard work and confidence, anything is possible.
